Free as the wind,
Swift as the river.
A neigh sounds like a beautiful melody,
To which my ears can almost taste.
We are Loved,
We are cherished,
We'll never be deprived of our freedom.

we used to be as free as the wind.
we used to be as swift as the river.
A neigh sounds like a screech to those nasty, vermin humans.
we are killed.
we are maned.
we are deprived of our freedom.

Our gallops are bounds across the soft, pretty grass.
Our tails are as soft as silk.
Our manes are blowing in the wind, long as can be.

But now our gallops are evil thunder that sicken me now.
Our tails are trimmed and braided.
Our mains are cut short and are tugged on by human colts...
No, not colts.
Demons.

Please, stop doing this to us.
What have we done to you?
Nothing?
Something?
What we've done, forgive us...

Countdown's Poem

Backstabber

I served you,
I carried you across the treacherous mountains,
I helped you!

Now I see,
I’m a traitor to my kind.
Because I cared about you.

I was as free as a lark,
And happy as one too,
But you took me from my place,
And I forgave you.

In return,
What did you do?
You slammed me in the ribs with razor-sharp spurs,
You threw my world upside-down,
You despised me,
And you killed me why?

Because you felt like it.
Because men are backstabbers.
Because I helped you.
Because I accepted you.
Because I thought you made my world go round,

Because now not even horsey heaven will do;
I betray my kind for you.

At the end of a 4 week season, the person with the most points gets 50 WB, second gets 25 WB, and third gets 5 WB.

At the end of a one week contest, first place gets 10 points, second 6, and third 2.
